Payment for Services
Unless other arrangments are made in advance, all co-payments, co-insurance, and deductible amounts are due at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, cash, checks and debit cards.
Insurance
We accept most major insurance plans, including Medicare. However, we recommend that you call your insurance carrier in advance to verify that we are a participating provider with your plan.
