
Dr. Cobb has been practicing Family Medicine in Smyrna since the fall of 2001. He received his medical degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine and is Board Certified in Family Practice. While attending medical school, Dr. Cobb received the Dean's Letter of Commendation and served on the School of Medicine Admissions Committee. He completed his residency at the Columbus Regional Healthcare System in Columbus, Georgia. Dr. Cobb attends LifePoint Church and enjoys golf, soccer, and softball. He resides in Smyrna with his wife, Susan, and their three children.
Dr. Hixson joined StoneCrest Family Physicians in the winter of 2006. Prior to joining StoneCrest Family Physicians, Dr. Hixson practiced Family Medicine for three years at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Montana. He received his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia and is Board Certified in Family Practice. Dr. Hixson completed his residency and internship at Anderson Area Medical Center in Anderson, South Carolina. During the last year of his residency, he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Hixson enjoys church activities, running, golf, snow skiing, hiking, and family activities. He resides in Nolensville with his wife, Annette, and their two children.
Dr. Kozinski has been practicing Family Medicine in Smyrna since the fall of 2002. He received his medical degree from Northeast Ohio University College of Medicine and completed his residency and internship at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville Family Practice Program. He is Board Certified in Family Practice. Dr. Kozinski served as President of the Christian Medical and Dental Association and was involved with the Families in Community Pilot Program and Childhood Cancer Program. Dr. Kozinski attends LifePoint Church and enjoys football and playing golf. He currently resides in Smyrna with his wife, Amy, and their two children.
Dr. Thompson has been practicing Family Medicine in Smyrna since 1998. He received his medical degree from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine and completed his post-graduate training in Family Practice at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville. Dr. Thompson is Board Certified in Family Medicine and graduated with honors from David Lipscomb University in Nashville. Dr. Thompson serves as a member of the Board of Directors for StoneCrest Medical Center and resides in Rutherford County with his wife, Karen, and their four children.
